2018's Most Stunning Wedding Trends

November 16, 2017

With 2018 just around the corner, there is a lot to be excited for, including, planning your dream wedding. While there are many timeless traditions you'll want to stick to, this is also your opportunity to find something that is truly you. So here are the biggest trends popping up for 2018.

.:Feathers:.

Soft, airy, and whimsical, adding feathers to your wedding brings a touch of nature.

Some ways to incorporate feathers into your wedding may be in the boutonnieres, or as your escort cards. For an extra touch, or to add some glam, consider gold glitter dipped feathers too!

.:Metal Cake Toppers:.

While a little bride and groom are well loved classics that will never die, more and more couples are opting for metal cake toppers. Some of these cake toppers can be ordered with matching table numbers or signs.

.:Dramatic Dance Floors:.

If you want to make sure your guests have an amazing time, and they get onto the dance floor, give them something they can't resist dancing on. For the daring couple, consider building the dance floor over a swimming pool. For something more dramatic, try a dance floor filled with flowers. Or if you want to go elegant, you can never go wrong with marble. No matter what you choose, you'll be sure to get your guests grooving.

.:Geometric Designs:.

As centerpieces, backdrops, or even for your bouquet, geometric patterns will add a little touch of edgy to your wedding. The clean lines and eye catching patterns provide a delicate contrast between modern and elegant in a simple way.

.:Messy Bouquets:.

You only get to hold a bunch of flowers like this once in your life, so go big or go home, right? Big, bright, and messy bouquets are both feminine and relaxing, while also being eye grabbing and dramatic.

.:Mustard:.

Yellow as a whole is such and underrated color, but these mustard color schemes are changing the game for yellows everywhere! Adds some warmth and kindness into your decor by putting your bridesmaids in a stunning mustard dress, with matching ties for the groomsmen. And as if you wont already be glowing (It is your wedding day, after all!) add some yellows into your bouquets for an extra punch of light.

.:Hand Painted Cakes:.

Looking for a way to integrate your love of art into your wedding? Add a hint of Monet or Van Gogh by choosing a hand painted cake. They will leave everyone speechless, and they will look just as good as they will taste. Perfect for an artistic couple or simply to bring some elegance to an already splendid affair.

.: Mirror Mirror:.

Chalkboards are making their way out, and in their place, mirrors are moving in. This trend just shouts fairytale, and enchantment. Present your seating chart with paint pen on an antique mirror or window, or make a beautiful sign that can later be displayed in your home.

.:Tropical Florals:.

Always dreamed of a tropical beach wedding but not sure how you can make that work? Bring the tropics to your city with this inspired theme. Putting your bridesmaids in a tropical print will be sure to leave an impression. Add palm leaves to your bouquets, or as placemats, decorate an arbor, or use for escort cards. The best part is that no matter what color plates or flowers you decide to use, the green will compliment them flawlessly.

.:Room Mapping:.

Love your venue, but hate the white walls? We feel you. Transport your guests into a winter wonderland, a serene forest, or a starry night with 3D Mapping though projectors. The best part? It takes so much less effort then putting up tons of displays. And so much less effort to take down, too.
