Julie and Ryan met at a dance class here in New Mexico, and after dating for a while, Ryan took Julie on a hike along the same trail where they shared their first kiss. On that trail he got down on one knee and proposed.
For their fall wedding day Julie chose to incorporate the lavender from the historic Los Poblanos in many ways. From being a part of her bouquet to decorating the tables and cake. Ryan incorporated the colors and design of New Mexico into his attire with a Pendleton vest, and turquoise cuff links and wedding band. Julie's father weaved a New Mexico styled rug for the couple and surprised them with it for them to stand on during their ceremony. Julie wore a crown that her grandmother, mother and sister wore on their wedding days, and her grandmothers diamond ring and handkerchief.
From family in St. Louis and Florida, to a best man in Montana, people traveled from far and wide to be with the two as their celebrated their life together. Alongside their children and all those dear to them, the couple exchanged vows on a perfectly crisp fall day.
Congrats again Julie and Ryan!
